FREE parking

A lot of us visited other countries and most likely noticed that motorcycles are treated as pedal bicycles and can be parked on pavements. Even in busiest European cities like Paris, Rome etc. people can park their bikes anywhere they want as long as it doesn't cause obstruction or danger to others and yet everybody is happy. What makes the UK and, especially London, different from the rest of the world in such a bad way that we not only have to use designated bays but also have to pay for (Westminster case)!

Whom to approach in order to change motorcycle parking rule, so we could park on pavements like in Europe and the rest of the world – DSA, DfT, who esle?
