Considerate drivers?

Went for a walk down our local bypass this morning for about 45 minutes facing oncoming traffic,1 in 15 on their mobiles to their ears,1 lady eating a big sausage roll/type from a paper bag,1 wagon driver rolling a fag on his steering wheel,OK also 1in10 not wearing a seat belt,another 3 of our asian friends wearing the belt inbetween the elbows and shoulders! I`ve just realised (being slow ) why certain people tint their windows!!! So there`s less chance of being seen:shock: What about the drivers going in the other direction?

I must admit

I am guilty of eating when on the motorway (in the car!)

But as for the others, anything that distracts you from the road ahead can potentialy cause an accident. I don't get the seatbelt thing though? If you have to pretend to wear it, why not just wear it?

Also, why are you still allowed to smoke in the car? that beggars belief!:shock:

I

was the lucky recipient of a blow-job whilst driving up the M1 once.......

You wouldn't have even been able to see that from your road-side position...

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

(of course officer - the above story is utterly untrue)

Smoking the car

"Also, why are you still allowed to smoke in the car? that beggars belief!" - Not to be a d*ck, but in my last job I drove about 40K a year for 6 years, and was smoking nearly every one of those miles ;)  I guess it's down to the individual, but how do you differentiate between those that are capable and those who are complete toolbags? :/

Bah

I saw a car driver (on a clear, straight road with nothing coming the other way) force a bike to the side so he could squeeze past in the same lane. At 60. At night.

If the bike had hit a bump or anything slippy he'd have been dead.

I overtook them both and gave the car driver the two finger salute - yes he was riding slowly but not slower than many cars and it was perfectly safe to overtake properly.... as I demonstrated. If only I'd had my "euthanising ray" with me.
