Biker or Motorcyclists

kam

I'd like to think that I'm a motorcyclist, but I'm also a cyclist which are generally refered to as 'Bikies'. We don't seem to discriminate each other except possibly that 'Bikies' are more enthusiastic riders.

Tbh I don't really think about it too much..... I am biker because I ride a bike... and motorcycling is my interest where I meet new people and make friends, sharing a common interest and have a laugh!

I also ride because I love being outdoors and not indoors, if I ain't riding then I am walking, preferably 'Hill Walking', up some Munro or Corbet

Blimey, this site is slow!!

I was shut out for an hour or more after clicking 'Submit'. How are we supposed to get any spontaneous banter going? I copied the text first so, a bit late but -

Skycat, I'll stick with the Hob Nobs.

Munro or Corbet: some sort of Scottish hill classification?

Alright, was Burt Munro of "World's Fastest Indian" film fame, a biker or a motorcyclist? The absence of a biker-style social life makes me think the latter, but is that enough to make him a 'non-biker'?
