The Spies effect.

Yesterday's MotoGP turned into something of a farce with Spies being allowed to take points for his ride.  I don't disagree with him being there particularly, although there is a point to that too, getting in the way etc.  But to be allowed to take points right inbetween Edwards and Dovizioso, thereby altering the outcome of the championship is, to my mind, not bloody well on.  Those guys have worked hard all season for their placings and to be denied a championship position by a wild card rider is well out of order.  Ask Dovizioso!

no reason

why Honda couldn't have added an additional 'wild card' rider of their own if they were bothered about uneven playing field.  Spies is a class act, no doubt, and I'm afraid Toseland is back where he will do well, but fact of the matter is he isn't in Spies' class...

and in any case,

seeing as the bloke who won the race was riding the same machinery, Dovi should have been a damn sight nearer the front!!

and in any case Part 2,

who gives a toss who comes 5th or 6th in the Championship, you'd have to be some Moto GP nerd to remember that stat anytime in the future!...:blink:

No, not at all ... if it is 'toe_down_sv_racing. :winkie:

Otherwise .. we seem to be suffering a plague of 'fake folk' on here at the moment ... probably all the same one or two people. :winkie:
