Aprilia Cheat?

So Aprilia are the Ferrari/McLaren of WSB are they? What is the outcome of the investigation? If the geared cam is not homologated then the points should be disallowed and the bikes should be banned till Aprilia make the upgrade legal by allowing customers or at least make available to purchase the geared cam kits.... Whats the point of the rules if teams can do what they feel is okay by bending the rules to suit....The idea is to have a fairly level playing field for all the teams.
