hi can you help me, the shock on my zx9r 97 has lost oil thanks to my son and a spanner, could you tell me how much oil needs to go in and what weight you recommend, would have it rebuilt but money is tight as ive just lost my job.any help much appreciated.

but a light sae10 grade would be about right for your bike if its the forks, mind do both forks though, if you have released the gas and oil on the rear monoshock im afraid it needs sent away for servicing, usually costs around £80 but it will perform as good as new, highly recommended
