Kawasaki ER-6f (2005-2008)

Tests have shown that nine out of 10 road testers prefer the Kawasaki ER-6f to virtually any other middleweight machine. Bandits, Fazers, Monsters, SV650s… The Kawasaki ER-6 has trounced the lot of ‘em. A cunningly-disguised riot of fun, the Kawasaki ER-6f is cute, it’s capable and it’s competent just about anywhere. You’d have to be off your rocker not to...

I would not recommend this bike for several reasons. the gearbox is vague especially from first to second and sometimes takes several attempts to home, informed Kawasaki within days of purchase and only got a flippant reply saying they hadn't heard anything, even though i'd just informed them, they did nowt!. Secondly the ultra thin exhaust sheared after 7,500 miles (no not come uncoupled) .thirdly the throttle grip position constantly slips. fourthly it is very hesitant to go into corners as if the weight is too forward or the front suspension is too far under the bike. MCN HOW DO I GET THEM TO DO SOMETHING AS I'VE NOTICED THIS LAZY ATTITUDE ON OTH ER SITES,BLAMING ANYTHING BUT THEMSELVES, LIKE SLIPPERY FISH. ARE MCN GOING TO BALLS UP AGAINST ONE OF THEIR CLIENTS AND DENOUNCE THIS BIKE AND IT'S OBVIOUS INHERENT PROBLEMS?
