CBR 400 Front Suspension

I looking for some advice about the front suspension adjustment of my CBR 400.

The front suspension is very hard and looking at the top of the forks there are air valves ...... Is there any way of making adjustments??

air valves

Don`t know, but air/pressure valves are for adjustment in pressure which may adjust the stiffness:unsure:Sounds like the damping/rebound is one.You should have compression adjustment but not sure.Try cbr 400 members club.If you find the average pressure start by using a hand pump as not to damage the internals.
