I was stupid enough to leave my key hanging in the seat hump lock of my ZX-10R at the same race. When I realised what i'd done I raced back to my bike to discover the key missing. Fortunately a living saint parked next to me had removed it, put his mobile number in my reservoir sock and I met him and collected my key.

It's a shame you weren't able to share some of the same good spirit. Unlucky.
