Please tell me that

Sykes is getting a contract for another year or two - he most certainly deserves it...

It would be surprising

if Kawasaki did release Sykes after having him test the 2011 bike a couple of times. With Vermuelen contracted and Lascorz promised (contractually?) a ride, it would seem Kawasaki are considering a three pronged assault 2011. And yes Sykes deserves it.

i agree with grayzx7r but i think its a case if your face fits.there are alot of good riders finnishing in good possitions and getting dumped!.Just look at the crutchlow, tosland situation, both in the top ten one has been sacked, the other heads to moto gp.ps good luck to jt,hope he gets a good ride for next season!

Sykes did OK on the Yamaha last year yet was dumped by them, similar to Toseland this year. Really hope he keeps his seat in 2011, and he can pay back Kawasaki (and Yamaha) by kicking Melandri's & Laverty's arses!

sykes at yamaha

i remember an interview with the wsb team manager, him stating how much he admires sykes and that he will be a great addition to the wsb team. a young up and coming rider, blah blah blah.  they soon changed their minds.   hope sykes gets a new contract for next year.
