Next bike....

Evening all, bit early in my prep for next bike but what the hell.

Looking to upgrade from my FZR next Spring (money permitting) and after some advice. I have few bikes in mind but open to any decent recommendations. Considering the following....

At no.1 Triumph Street Triple 955, 2. Honda Firestorm & 3. Honda VFR800

I mainly use the bike for bit of fun, occasional motorway to work (round trip 80miles) and hopefully next year bit of longer distance travelling. Im not that tall, approx 5'8" so not interested in Vstrom style etc. Any info/advice very much appreciated.

Cheers!

How much do you have to spend?

Have you got an idea on insurance on the bikes you are looking at?

Go for a Storm

For that kind of loot you will get a cracking 'Storm, try to find one with uprated/reworked forks and aftermarket rear suspension., that is if you like the twisties. Small tank on the earlies is a pain but for your money there are loads of post '01 big tanks available. I think you'll struggle to find a decent  Trumpet for that price and the VFRs are a bit boring! Just my opinion of course.
