2011 Kawasaki Z1000 video

Following last month’s pulsating Kawasaki Z750R preview, Kawasaki have released the following footage of the 2011 Kawasaki Z1000. Apparently written by a 13-year-old Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan, and shot on a camera phone, it may struggle to strike a chord with the Zed’s target audience. Still, if clichéd cod-poetry and barely glimpsed shots of motorcycles are your thing, you’re in luck.

MCN you are right!

But the bike does look fantastic, Kawasaki is looking like having a good year in 2011, the Z1000SX and W800 also have great potential!

Copycat

KTM did it better a few years ago. Fire your ad agency Kawasaki.

Awsome ad campaign

Not only Kawasaki should not fire the ad company but to congratulate them! I'm sure the bikes are good, I'm looking forward esecially to the Z1000SX, but the short films and presentations look very good.

Keep up the good work!

Great ad!  The Z1000 is better looking than the (oooh this is going to be controversial) 2011 Speed Triple too!

Wish these ads were on prime time tv instead of those stupid car adverts.

Relevant

I am in the creative industry and think the ad is very "target market". Not too sure about the location, how many deserted warehouses/factories are there? But the lighting and cinematography are spectacular. Helps that it is a striking looking bike.

it's about time it was available in green! Looks fantastic, and truth be told I really do like the look oof the z1000 compared to its rivals, would definitly choose it over the NEW speed triple, and would have it over the superduke.

You talk rubbish. This is probably one of the best motorcycle ads I've seen, and kept me interested throughout.

Maybe these ads are more your thing:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2wsf7jlrI4             Honda Transalp

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IrI4w07Vf28             CB1000R (WTF is this all about!)

The Z1000 ad is how it should be done, a little excitement put in there, MCN please don't let this bloke post up any more sh*t on your website.

And about the bike, looks awesome, better than the new Trumpet. Test rode the '10 Z and it was ace! Power, handling, etc. If you haven't ridden one I urge you to but be warned you may want one after!
