Riding with a cold

Riding with a cold certainly isn't much fun.  Splutter or cough with the lid down and the inside needs cleaning, and you certainly don't want too much of a coughing fit anyway.    It's kind of tough when your nose needs blowing too - not much opportunity to whip the hankie out!   Without being gross, nasal drips are certainly not nice either.

All this makes it tougher than usual to concentrate and ride properly.   Anyone got a good tip for how to manage it?  Me and the misses are going for a 250 mile round trip on Saturday, and we're both stuffed with this disgusting cold right now.

Gah...

You're probably right.  Haven't been out since before the snow hit, though, and getting withdrawals!

Hayfever is worse, you can be going around a bend in the haytime season, close your eyes and give a sneeze, with no time to lift your visor.

Sneezing

Has anyone invented tear-away strips for the INSIDE of a visor?   If not, I'll put a patent on it... my fortune is made at last!
