No Jennie Gow on BBC's MotoGP coverage in 2011...

Best news i've heard so far this year...

considering she'd been hosting speedway for Sky her actual bike knowledge was embarrassing...

Can't remember which round it was but, late on in the season, when she was doing a piece to camera as they cleared the race track & walked across to pit lane & her co-host (Matt Roberts) was just in shot on far left of  camera, mike in hand & about to comment...she just kept on blabbering out c r a p!

Matt's face was a picture, if only someone had recorded his 'off mike' comments!!! :O)

Mine & the Missus's personal highlight of her dire year...

Now, if they can just give Charlie cox the heave ho too...

& if they insist on a female, get someone like Maria Costello who actually understands racing & isn't just a pretty face...

Suzy

think Suzy's settled now with Gadget Show on Five & other commitments.

reckon her ill health in 2009 was a major factor in her leaving (by mutual agreement or not)...

so, we need someone new who has actually heard of Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo & Casey Stoner...

fans of the perennial under acheiver DP, need not apply!

off she gows....

.Sorry to see her go...I thought Jennie Gow did a good job..asked some intelligent questions and had a personable manner...she did her homework/ research before the races  and made no major gaffes...she would have developed even further given another season...

wonder who will be next ? Personally  I like James Haydon....bonus..he looks nice too

Shame...

I thought for a first year she did well - and learnt quickly.

Jamie Whittam perhaps as a replacement :smile

I

think the job should go to Jimmy Saville, then when the riders have an off, at least he could 'fix-it' for them
