Rossi tests 1198 superbike at Misano

Very, very italian

One can only wonder how much of a premium will be charged for the Rossi edition of the SP1198, replete with day-glo number 46 stickers and adjustable suspension with a Rossi default?

I believe we can get a good estimate as follows

A Plain Yellow T-Shirt retails for about £3.50.

Screen Printing for 20 T-shirts costs £3.10, so 16p per shirt.

so Cost of yellow T-shirt with screen printing = £3.26

Now, a Rossi branded yellow printed t-shirt with "BYE BYE BABY" screen printed on it retailed for  £33.65 in a recent MCN tabloid, which is about a 1030% markup.

Based on this, and using the current price of the 1198SP,  we can expect a Rossi edition 1198 to sell for about £182,154.
