Fantastic ride by Sam Lowes, what a performance, prob being his bike is well down on power. For me out rode everyone else on track. Gotta feel for the guys who got punctures. Don't think I've seen that many before in a weekend never mind one race.

the brits

Well done Sam, brilliant gutsy race. I also thought James Ellison was absolutely amazing as he has just had surgery on his knee. so how he controlled the bike must have been excruciating. Not to mention concentration after a general anesthetic. Poor Chaz Davies was robbed of a Podium and he wont be feeling too happy after all his hard work. It is a shame that there is only One race in the Supersport as it is more exciting than Superbikes. Talking of which , WELL DONE HASLAM

Supersport race

What a race!! If only moto GP could be as exciting. Well done to Sam and such poor luck for Chaz. Good to see the 'outdated' 2009 R6's are still one of the quickest bikes on the grid too. Go Yam's!

that boys got talent

Well done the Brits, how unlucky was Chaz, great ride by Ellison, such a shame Sam Lowes bike seemed down on outright power . Sam deserved to win, always tough when racing against factory kit. Still should be a great season with Brits in with a shout. Nice to see Kawasaki at the sharp end too.

Feels good

Feels quite good today after this yamaha win...I recall just a few weeks ago lots of people where dismissing the r6 because it was a 2yr old bike... Mmmmm... They will be a contender this yr..hope they win it all, but anything can happen...

Big shout..

for Sam Lowes. Great first race with plenty more to come from him. I hope he's well in the title hunt as the season progresses. The lad is just a natural racer and great to watch.
