these are based on the original ww2 soviet built urals that were reverse engineered BMW R71's that were baught under the table from denmark not bikes that were captured since germany had already moved on from the R71's

@ boybilly1967. Yes, that's what the press like to say. But they are not. The factory was moved to the Urals from Moscow in 1941. Some time before Stalingrad.
