Rossi/Stoner Jerez inquiry not a blame game

An inquiry into the immediate aftermath of the controversial recent Jerez MotoGP crash involving Valentino Rossi and Casey Stoner will not be a blame game or witch hunt against marshals caught up in the incident. Stoner was incensed that he was not given the same level of assistance to rejoin the 27-lap race as Rossi was after the pair tangled on...

What's changed.? It's been a blame game up to now. I do hope nobody blames the marshalls for anything after all they do it for nothing apart from being fed and watered, getting in for free, having the best vantage points and some free orange overalls,a baseball cap,a coat and a brush. :-)

The5re is only one person to blame for all this fuss....Casey Moaner and Honda. Stoner should just shut up and get on with it, and Honda should build a bike capable of being push started if they want to continue after a crash. Simoncelli couldn't start his bike either remember :)

The crash and the marshals subsequent actions were just part of racing and it happens every weekend without a major enquiry being instituted.

Got to agree with your assesment there fella...

I like Stoner, he's a hard rider, fast as feck and a real talent.
But his petulance after he has been roughed up (Laguna) and trite response (Jerez) leaves me wondering. For a rider at the pinnacle of the sport why cant he keep his mouth shut and let his actiosn speak volumes.

Go and blast em all into the weeds in Estoril and make a pithy comment post race. Dont stand by the side of the track WAITING for someone to come by so you can applaud them - that really makes you look dumb.

RE: the enquiry
Paul Butler and Dorna crew bend to the pressures of rider/team/manufacturer - depending upon who shouts the loudest and longest. A waste of time this process, waste of keystrokes and I for one shall not write anoth

why has it taken them this long to realise that neither Rossi or Stoner or the race marshall were in the wrong it was a racing incident and the marshall did there best to get both going lets leave it at that.
