466 cameras axed

The cameras around here (Somerset) have been turned off. BUT.

It seems that the various organisations involved were just tryig to get each other to pay for the cameras.

Once the gravy train itself became threatened, they have found a new concensus and the cameras are likely to be back on soon.

Scrap ALL speed cameras!

This is a tiny step in the right direction but until all cameras are scrapped the deaths will continue.
