Oulton Park BSB: Hopkins takes first BSB victory in race two

Samsung Crescent Suzuki rider John Hopkins has taken his first win in the second race at Oulton Park today to become the first ever American to win a BSB race. Stuart Easton got the holeshot from the start, with Josh Brookes in second and Alex Lowes in third. Easton and Brookes then pulled away from the rest of the field before Brookes...

Good to see the Hopper showing his class so soon... and at one of the more difficult tracks.

Proper days racing at Oulton. Two awesome BSB races, and I'm delighted for Hopper and the Crescent boys. Also well-pleased and very relieved to see Stuart Easton successfully dodging a low-flying race bike! Apparently they're still trying to find bits of Josh Brookes GSX-R

Tough day at the office for Michael Laverty, but Alex Lowes played a blinder! Great stuff.

Well Done Hopper

Chuffed to bits to see him doing well again, looks like he's finally sorted his s**t out and put all his demons behind him!  I'm also grateful for the Fantasy Road Race points!  Very glad i picked him now!!!

Cream always rises to the top.

Brilliant ride by Hopper. As for Brookes and Laverty the series dont need these two wayward riders.

Made up for Hopper and Crescent. and good racing all round. Nice trick by Stuart Easton to miss the suzuki that many times. Rossi - saw it no wonder they've been all over the place last few seasons.. bet the party at misano is quieter than usual.
