sounds a bit like a deal from the Bernie Ecclestone School of Economics .... sign the deal fist, then find a circuit to upgrade and get homologated by the governing body.  number of circuits?  all i can find online is a ribbon of tarmac in a quarry in Kazan and an old airfield outside Moscow, both of which need a fortune spending on them.  even comparing them to Donington.

Russian WSB

Superbikes with snow ploughs? Should be a laugh! Mind you wasn't Abramovich talking about buying an F1 team a few years ago? Perhaps he could fund a new circuit? He wasted £50 million on Torres so why not spend some money on WSB? Much better value for money!!!

Only til now has a deal with a World Championship been officially drawn up, and this is exactly what both the Pulkova-Ring and Nagatino Island plans have been looking for to help gain FIM approval. If they get approval they will be supported financially.

it will be done

Don't worry about whats there at the moment, if a circuit is needed then it will be built. Or like Hainzy says, if there is one that needs money for improvements, then it will get it. Motorcycle market is growing at the moment in Russia particularly amongst the people that can afford it as an extra toy for the summer. They need it to be closer to the rest of Europe, to make it easier for western Europeans to travel, otherwise it will end up like those mid eastern F1 circuits than not many people go to. In terms of climate, in summer it is hot and dry in the regions below Moscow.

The votes on your post are in: WWB 6.0 / UK 5.9 / Spain 5.8 / Italy 2.8 / France 5.8 / Russia 1.0!!! ***** Flammini sort your championship out and make it genuine production racing again. Then fill in the time between premier classes with something a bit more creative than Super Stock and.... wait for it.... 600 Super Stock, with mirrors championship etc. ???

Research shows the toilet facilities at the planned Russian circuits is far better than Donnington's ever were. The plan is to get rid of all the bears leaving spectaters free to shit in the woods. :-)

Stuff Russia get Brands back !

Or even snetterton we deserve our Worldsupers back at a place we loved and paid good money for ! Cmon Mr Palmer put the extra £15 on a ticket to fund it we`re willing to pay it now .Also match it to the cost of "boring " moto gp  at very boring Silverstone that`l probably be more than £15 extra on a ticket so you`l be in a win win situation sir .
