Where not to get them...

Hate doing this but people need to know
Twice now FWR in London have provided appaling service.
First case was year before last - they didn't bolt my front calipers on after replacing tyres. Scratched the life out of my rim and took 3 weeks to get my bike back.
Last week had new tyres put on my bike prior to a Euro trip.
Was giving the bike a once over today - low and behold front tyre was on back to front.....
Normally I do my own tyres for my track bike but I didn't have the tools for my road bike R1200GS.
If these guys are meant to be specialist I'll open my own rhinoplasty clinic
