Yes, that's right I said DIE!

The event will be allowed to run if the organisers pay money for emergency cover but most importantly they will have to bribe the local Police Farce to provide unnecessary personnel at an exhorbitant cost - it happened to the Welsh Bike rallies and bankrupted the organiser.
