MAG update

Just got an email from MAG

Demo update
So many riders have been signing up to the activists mailing list this
week, I thought it would be a good idea to resend the suggested Press
Release (that needs your own local tweaks) and just do a quick update on
developments.

Every Police Traffic division in the country is aware of the day and not
unreasonably are making a few requests, such as remember that road rules
apply on the day and, if a friend or club member breaks down (that'll be
me) do not all stop on the hard shoulder to help. Please exit at the
next available point and wait. One friend (no doubt with tool kit) can
help, if the bikes don't block the hard shoulder, but collections of
bikes on the hard shoulder will not be tolerated.

Anyway, with that out of the way, I thought you should know that over
65,000 people have viewed the start point map now and it looks like 4
MPs will be riding with us. Have you asked yours to come along. You
never know, they may want to!

I wasn't sure

myself how this would go down ,but we've had loads of interest ,so it does look like maybe the time is drawing nigh folks when you have to make a stand against those trying to interfere with all we as bikers hold dear ,mainly our right to CHOOSE!!

So if there's a demo by you and you think these bills will adversely affect your lifestyle and choices ,it could just be time to do something about it ,

Have to say your planning is a bit crap - you would get more bikes if it wasn't on the same day as silverstone BSB.

Need to know if M6 Charnock Richard is north or south.

Looking forward to being there - hope the sun is shining :roll eyes:

MCN support for demo?

I thought there would be more support/advertising by MCN for the protest, unless I've missed it but not many apart form one or two articles.
