i have a 2004 piaggio typhoon. at low revs the indicators and lights are dim, they brighten up at high revs but that is no good when im stopped at traffic lights because nobody knows which way im going. also my back brake squeels when i use it. can anyone help me please?

hi

very diff to see from the picture whether you have a drum or disc rear brake? If it is a drum it is probably contaminated with excess brake dust. If it is a disc you need a small amount of copper grease on the back of the pads.

As for your lights, either your regulator/rectifier is on its way or your tick over is way too low. I would favour the latter.

I notice the electrics dim on a lot of scooters I see.  Take triumphriders advice and increase your idle speed a little.  If that doesn't work get hold of a meter and check your charging system.
