Attempted bike theft

Someone tried to steal my bike last night, ive got a 918rr fireblade, They moved it just round the corner from my house, broke the steering lock, and ignition cant even turn the key in it now its stuck in the lock position, and cut wires under the handlebars at the right hand side, but them must not have been able to get it started.

This happened in edinburgh and theres seemingly quite a few bike robberies going on in edinburgh just now so beware.

Oh and they got away with my cover, fucking good one...

Sorry to hear that. At east they didn't get away wth it and you insurer should put the damage right. (Even if you only have TPFT) If you can, would park the bike elsewhere for a while as the scum often come back for another go.
