Send us your pictures from MAG demos

MCN wants your pictures and stories from this weekend’s demonstrations over anti-tampering measures. The nearest one to Fife is Kinross services @ 1pm or Harthill services.

Couldn't go myself coz I had to work but my wife went on her Bonneville to the M55 Blackpool run which went to Preston and she said there were hundreds there as well. They went at 25 mph all the way down the motorway and onto the M6 before turning off at Junction 31. There was nothing on the BBC news web site at that time about the ride but it was on the traffic info page as a '25mph delay between junction 31 and 32'.  Love it!  Well done to everyone who turned up and I hope I'm not working next time.

Demo Ride

Took part in M2 (Kent) ride, about 250 bikes there made a good column and when they started riding in both lanes at 20mph caused a lot of delays. Problem was there were no banners/posters at meeting point, nor on the road so to the drivers we were just a rolling roadblock for no apparent reason. Didn't help that the local branch, Medway MAG decided to go to Clacket lance on the M25 which is miles out of their remit area, and left one bloke to run it? So I was told, never saw him in the flesh. No TV or papers anywhere to be seen, no coverage on local or national tele so purely from a PR point of view - not much use, which is a shame

EU Demo ride

Me and the hubby set off from the A1 Scotch Corner services , i was amazed at how many turned up for the demo it was a cracking turnout !

Police were there to make sure we all got safely onto the A1. The only disappointment is ive not seen any coverage on the news!?!?!

Well done to all that made it to the nationwide demo's im very proud to have taken part in it.

The EU can keep their hands off my bike the one who controls it and no one else !!!

MAG Demo run

Hi, We all took part in the M8 Harthill Services run and a couple of hundred bikes turned up. Ran east all the way to the end of M8, awesome site and sound. Plenty people on the bridges waving and filming or taking pictures but no media ? These runs need more media coverage, still not seen any anywhere ? Most car drivers must have thought it was a club run. Brilliant turn out and will turn up next time for sure, but these runs must have more coverage to have any impact.
