No witnesses?

Hey guys, on Friday some wanker decided to pull out on me, although I didn't hit him I did come off while trying to avoid him.

Although I got all of his insurance details down, I neglected to get any witness statements before everyone got bored and walked off.

He is now claiming that it wasn't his fault, and I'm kind of worried about my lack of witnesses.

Has anyone had any experience with this kind of thing? and how did it turn out?

Thanks, Will.

No police where involved, and as far as I can remember there isn't a CCTV camera around there..
