No I think!!!!!!

it has something to do with the posting on public sector workers on a protest ride and it has all gone a bit political.
Therefore MCN tried to hide the link.
WANKERS, not not you MCN the others.

On the home page, the forum button is hidden away right down the bottom of the page on the right hand side. In between all the left over mouldy biscuits and wank mags.....

I am one of your 'lazy teachers'.

I work 8-4.30 at college, go home spend at least another 3 hours a night marking and preparing next days lessons. On top of that I don't take breaks during the day and will maybe twice a week maximum get to have my lunchtime to actually eat lunch.

I only get 20 days annual leave a year and I work all summer writing teaching materials and assessments. 2 days off at easter and 2 days off at October.

I faithfully pay into my pension in the hope for a slightly better existence for when I get to retire. I fall into the age category where the Government want me to contine to work until I am 72yrs old! My partner is self employed has no pension. I am just fighting for a decent future for us. Why pay into a scheme all my working life to get jack shit at the end of it? I may as well take up gambling. It might just pay off!

The pension cuts are just the start of it for Futher Education. The budget cuts are immense and it may come to the point that if your kid wants to go into further education to get skilled to get employed they may not be able too. Course cuts, funding cuts, no EMA, only 16-19 yr olds allowed at college, tuition fees may apply. Should education only be entitled to the rich?

I can appreciate your situation and how frustrating it maybe for childcare/days off work to cover this etc, but I hope you can appreciate my situation too.
