I havent actally had a crash but a very near miss.


a post van turned right from a busy main road into a drive, i was overtaking at the time.he didnt indicate, i did.

i swerved at the last minute and avoided any acrobatics and luckyly as shown in the picture i had a long stretch of rocky, ditch covered mud to skid across instead of the shed (which wasnt there even though its in the picture)

Postman is red line and im the yellow.

would i have been able to claim if i had crashed but not actually hit the post van?

Thats why I put my camera on the bike. GoPro or Drift HD films my commutes on the tank or side of helemt. God forbid I have an accident involving a car but it's the proof when riding within the law. So the van would have been at fault & proof which he wouldn't have had.
