Maybe I'm just not old enough but a mate at work has just bought one and Fcuk me it's ugly.

Why did one of THE biggest bike makers come up with such a pig ugly machine ??

No offence to any body that has one but £10 k for a bike that i would not ride into battle is abit of a waste

Honda make some nice bikes

I've always thought so but I honestly think they have lost the plot on this one. If I was after a decent touring bike I would look no further than a BMW R1200RT with all the bells and whistles. I think Honda should have a serious re think on where they are going. mind you it isn't just Honda. Looking at some of the creations coming out of a lot of the other major producers I am starting to wonder justy wtf is going on in their designers heads.

Knotts of Stratford....

(sadly gone now)lent me one for a day.Was not overly impressed, had good top end rush but was useless in high gear,at low revs when you wanted to pass a car or just wizz off up the road.Shouldn't need to cog down 1 or 2 gears to accelerate from 60mph on a 1200 V4.Touring bike?Small tank,no bottom end grunt, nor particularly comfortable.Could have and should have been a much better bike.F*ck ugly and heavy as well.
