MOT Lighting question

Hi guys, Im hoping someone can help me before I spend some money on something I might have to swop around every year.

Basically, are these rear lights legal, and would they pass MOT.

The brake lights and indicators are mounted together in the same unit. there is a video they post up to show the lights in action, but i cant link that at the moment.

I belive that the ruling is that the lights must not interfere with each other. I think, from the video that the brake lights still show when the indicator is flashing, or in this case, scrolling. They advise it is street legal, but they can only confirm that for the US

Thanks in advance.

..

I have got an integrated rear light kit on my R6.. as long as 50% of your rear light remains when the indicators are working and your brake light does not interfere you should be ok... mine passed MOT yesterday but he did have to check on the computer..
