Got to disagree with you matey, the "4 screw" fitting works very well, the normal Arai process of "snapping" the visor in place can be an absolute pain unless you have a good knack for it. This is a much simpler process I find. And being able to use a coin is great too.

Another point is with the peak removed, it looks like the very popular street or streetfighter lids such as Simpson. A matter of taste :)


All in all though, a very comfy, quiet and good all round lid. Good range of view from the large visor, completely waterproof, very aero-dynamic and it doesn't get smelly after a lot of use like other lids do.

I too have a arai tour x 3 helmet and i love it so much. The vents work great, the cool max lining is a joy to snuggle my head into and ever since i fitted a fine vision photochromic pinlock it's even better than ever. The helmet just works so well and i love the dark matallic silver and i can even wear my glasses with no pain what so ever!!!
