Wibers Federbein

Anyone used suspension from this company?

They do a shock for my g650 x country and after a nice long run on crap roads with it doing its thing where it bottoms out and kills your back I'm considering it.

I've looked into setting it up right but it's apparently a big problem with the OE part.

Sorry Phil, no experience of those,

don't know of anybody using one either :-(

Used WP/WhitePower, Ohlins, Technoflex, Proflex, Hagon, and of course original equipment Kayaba, Showa etc.

No luck with sag settings and damping settings then? might need different rate spring (and if possible damping revalve if adjusters not sufficient) might save you having to fork out for complete shock, KTech supply a lot of springs, MH Racing might have something, KAIS was up your way, also Maxton, although they tend to build complete shocks up. What make of shock is it? rebuildable? problem with linkage rates? different length rods needed?

Good luck :smile

Wilbers suspension

I used to spend a lot of time on a Ducati site, and some of the lads reckoned they were brilliant. Hope this helps,  fogie
