Tyre management key in 2012, says Jorge Lorenzo

500cc

What the hell was so great about 500cc days. Mick Doohan won 5 world title, and pretty much dominated 90% of races where no passing maneuvers were made. Sure there were some ding dongs, but 500cc was very similar to 800cc, with few close races. One of the most disappointing factor about the 800cc is one Tyre manufacture, which made racing even more dull.

Michelin went poor because they were caught out by the tyre regulations which came into play when the rules went to 800cc and Bridgestone turned out to be the best as everyone wanted them well know it has messed up the racing Jerez 2011 how many riders crashed out ?

Are you sure about that more like Rossi was the one being a pussy and couldn't put up with a team-mate who stood up to him he drove himself out of Yamaha by acting like a complete twat.
