Apparently Ducati are in the shit up to about €200m. Audi has first dibs and has until April to make a decision. A few others are interested in Ducati but Audi has some kind of exclusive interest that has something to do with both companies accolades. Like Audi's Rally and Le Mans success and Ducati's WSB and MotoGP championships.

Does anyone know more?
