This is interesting.  The bubble wrap reminds me of the <a href="">car wraps</a> that people ues to advertise.  Except that these people are not advertising businesses, they are expressing their ideas and opinions.  Personally, I think that it would not be too bad if they added three motercycle questions to the tests that people take to get their lisenses.
