Knee down on Michelin Pilot Road 3's

I ride a GSXR 750 K8 and i recently needed some new tyres. I told the garage i use the bike for fun, do dry miles, a few track days a year and plan to do a 1,500 mile trip via Nurburgring and Le Mans for the 24 hour race. The guy really plugged the pilot road 3's so i said ok stick them on. I was surprised with the tread pattern which makes these look like wets and i'm concerned about getting my knee down on a dry track day. Don't get me wrong i am not an expert on a track day but i like to lean and i'm nervous with these tyres.

I've looked all over the web and can't really find any advice about suitability for dry track days and knee down fun with these tyres. Can you put my mind at ease or should i get another set of tyres for the track?

Should be easy to get your knee down on them.
