Looks like Kawasaki are desperate to off load a lot of ZX-6R's. Obviosuly in responce to BMW selling over 24,000 bikes in just 4 months so far this year.

This is for UK customer's only. BMW didn't sell much in the UK and their target is mainly US and Australia. BMW don't even have a bike in this class to be able to compete with the KAWA.

Its a good bike but the colours put me off last year when I was looking for a new 600 supersports. Choice of black or horrible corporate green is all you get.

And who can afford that on top buying a new bike. Plus it will increase your insurance premium!

Yup, they're not selling in droves

Kawasaki and Suzuki are both battling it out with titans like Lexmoto and Sym, and the 600 supersports sector is dying on its feet.  I reckon if you went into a dealer on the 28th and waved a handful of cash at them, they'd throw in their first born son to shift a 600.

600s

Many years ago, in Fast Bikes magazine (back when it was good and run by Schiller, not like now, it's a Superbike mag clone) they tested the latest sports 600s. Their conclusion was.......

Unless you are a racer and have unlimited access to race tracks, there's so little to choose between them, that you might as well choose one based on what colour you like.
