Loris Capirossi certain Valentino Rossi still fast enough to win

Valentino Rossi is still fast enough to challenge Casey Stoner and Jorge Lorenzo’s recent domination of the MotoGP world championship. That’s the view of Rossi’s fellow Italian Loris Capirossi, who quit MotoGP after a record-breaking career at the end of 2011. Rossi is currently facing the biggest crisis of his illustrious career having admitted that he can’t get close to even challenging...

still good enough

Capi is a lot more knowledgeable than any of us when it comes to Rossi. If he thinks Rossi is still good enough to win races I wouldn't doubt him. I haven't heard of any other riders stating that they think Rossi is no longer capable of winning races.

stoner fans, including turncoat GYTR have degenerated into babbling baboons....every post about rossi brings them out  saying he is finished...if audi buy them out a lot of heads will roll in motogp but rossi wont be one of them and they will build him a winning bike.

nostro used to be quite sensible but sadly he has morped into an amoeba.

Ah yes Massey Fergusson man

Why did I never think of that. Audi who've no motorcycle building experience whatsoever will just magic this perfect GP machine which VR so desires, being unable to compete on anything less, with wads of Euro's.

Genius. I've got to hand it to you Oompa Loompa's, you've got ten times the smarts of Preziosi and Ducati Corse.

Ironically for a long time Guzzi owner

I don't know my Massey Fergussons from my John Deere's farmer Jim. But I do know that Rossi is reaping what he sowed and has a very hard row to hoe. Although those rows look even wonkier than they did in 2011 - no mean feat!

Not even a dose of rain will make his wilting sunflower raise its head again, as at his direction Corse have lost the one strong point of the D16. Last year they had a Duck of a Duke. Now they're just stuck with their barren golden goose.
