School tells 17-year-old: Stop riding in or we’ll expel you

Park round the corner

If that were me I wouldn't stop, he should park round the corner chain the bike to a lamppost and lock his lid to the bike using a cycle chain or something.

freedom

Christ what abunch of  muppets, two world wars were fought for the freedom to have a  choice and  not to be dictated to.

The Parents of jack should go to the school tack a few photos of the other students and  teachers, then ask the head why they arent expeled or dismised.

this is blatent discrimination GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

...this is SO calling out for a mass-biker protest. Can you imagine the FUN..! so much more righteous than whining about fuel costs or the Euro-Nazis. Muppetry like this deserves a reward. Let's go protect a schoolboy motorcyclists RIGHTS.

If he's

Making the final journey from a petrol station by foot then he is travelling to school on foot.

If I weren't allowed to park at work but was parking in town and walking to work, I'd not be arriving in a motorised vehicle. I'd be driving to town in my own time and walking from where I happened to be.

I'd be up for a protest but I'm not exactly set up for long range - It'd take about 5 tanks to get down there and back.

EDIT: what would be funny would be him arriving on foot, accompanied by 50+ motorcycles. "he came on foot, it's just us who arrived on motorised vehicles... hope you're okay with that".

lol

I bet they're still selling stuff like Pizza and chips at school. More people die from heart disease in the western world than anything else, they should ban that stuff as well then.

I would have happily took part in a ride out to this school, but I just sold my bike in pursuit of a better one. I hope all goes well for him and the school change their policies for those who are legally allowed to drive.
