Joke!!

JWDilly I do not see any evidence in your comments. I found the whole experience to be positive, I have the bike I ordered, delivered when they said, in the colour I wanted, with the parts I ordered, at the price I was quoted. Its now run in, and I will have it serviced on the day I requested. I found the salesroom staff pleasant, and knowledgeable. To the point that I received good advice on the necessity of an accessory I was considering, causing me to reconsider. That simple act alone gives me confidence, and my business in future.

Crap Deal

You have to be joking about Stratstone Leicester they are the worst Triumph dealer I have ever dealt with and I have been riding for over 25 years. I bought a new triumph from them last year and never did get my free parts which they failed to mention were on offer at the time. When questioned about the parts they informed me the parts were only on offer on a full retail bike not a discounted bike.( I was always lead to belive a new bike is a new bike even if on special offer ) well I thought the parts came from triumph as a subsidised deal to buy new but turns out I was wrong !!!!!!.  Keep up the good work Stratstone !!!!!!

I bought a new Tiger 800 from the very good Philip Youles Triumph dealer at Blackburn recently and I'm more than happy apart from one major gripe and that is the price of servicing. The first 4 years servicing comes to £1500! but if I pay for a service plan up front, its only £1000! Thats why I do most of my servicing myself and only take it to the dealers for specialist things like engine management downloads and shims coz I havn't got the parts or special tools. They will itemise the work which makes things cheaper so I don't see why I should pay someone £50 an hour to change my oil which I can do myself. I'm sure its all Triumph dealers and not just mine so I'm not picking on them as I would deal with them anytime but in a more economical manner.
