Yamaha RD350LC sells for £18k

A brand new 1981 Yamaha RD350LC sold on eBay last week in Australia for a staggering £17,784.58. It's been in dry storage since new and has never been, or is likely to ever be, started – let alone road registered. Do you know of any brand new, zero mile classics? If so, let us know in the comments section below.

wow!

Wow. That is a lot of money but a poor example would be 5-6K and this one really is a genuine 350LC not a 250 with a 350 engine (or a 350 with a 250 engine). I could almost justify the money on its own merits - mind you I'm going through a divorce so anything seems like a bargain to me (except a Honda CB250N!)...

Bargain......

Some rich twit paid £53 million for a piece of shit painting called red orange yellow the other day... seriously what a fool... could have bought one of these and the whole of Ducati for not a lot more. Or spread his wealth around some poor country, or something.... £53 million? on a painting? the world is crazy in my mind.
