Riding on loose granite chippings.

I've got to ride along a route where the road has been re-topped with chippings this afternoon.:ph43r::ph43r::ph43r:. Got the bike back this morning through heavy rain, taking it uber carefully and I don't want to loose it on the loose stuff or get any road rash by doing anything rash. Any tips? Over.

Good Advice

Stop at the end of the gravel and check the gap between huger (if you have one) and tire. It has been known for chippings to rip straight through a tire.
Other than that as others have advised although I wouldn't be inclined to stand on your pegs but horses for courses

You want to

Stay in the cars' wheel tracks and they'll have swept most of the loose stuff  - don't push it though !
