Arai silicone lubricant

Does anyone know where i can acquire another tiny bottle of the silicone lubricant that came with my RX7GP?

Over the last couple of years ive been riding everyday and have finally run out.

Ive googled at length (you get a few dodgy search responses looking for helmet lubricant!) Ive tried helmet dealers and ive tried Arai uk - no response.

Can anyone help?

Cheers

Arai silicone lubricant.

It'll be for the visor seal. It's just silicone grease. Maplins can supply that but Google "silicone grease or lubricant" and you'll find it's not uncommon. Alternatively, don't bother. The grease stops the rubber from drying out and perishing but unless your helmet is 20 years old or you live in the desert I don't think that's going to be a problem.

Hi

Yes, lubricating the mechanism for the visor and also the seal.

I ride through all weathers and you'd be amazed at the grit and dirt that gets in there.

The Arai instructions say not to use anything other than the stuff that came with the lid - yet they dont advise where you can get more of it.  Which is handy.

Ill check out Maplins.  Cheers.
