RIDING IN FRANCE

I have a Kawasaki ZZR 1400 and will be travelling through France in June. I believe by French Law I have to carry spare bulbs, but the back light on the ZZR is an LED unit which I don't think has any replaceable bulbs.

Does this mean I have to purchase and carry a complete rear light unit.

Also is there any requirement that I have to have enough ability be able to change any parts

Just take a couple of other small bulbs to make them happy, breakdown cover is more important.
