Valentino Rossi vows to race on until end of 2014

Valentino Rossi will not be joining Casey Stoner in quitting the MotoGP world championship at the end of 2012. Double MotoGP world champion Stoner stunned the paddock in Le Mans tonight when he confirmed he will retire at the end of 2012, when the Australian will be only 27. Although I am not a Rossi fanatic I can answer your question.
We will still say that you talk a lot of bollox most of the time.
At least Rossi will still have a chance of winning.

It's you who's made it complicated. I'm taking issue with the fact that you said rossi ended up where he is because he had no choice. I'm telling you it's a point of logic that he did have a choice. You can't say in any form of coherent logic 'after he made his choice he had no choice' which is what you are saying when you state 'once he issued the ultimatum the only factory seat was a ducati.' rossi would have known ducati was the only real option. Honda weren't about to give him a ride were they! So I'll say it again: Rossi had 2 options to stay at yamaha and not be top dog or to leave and go to ducati. In no way, shape or form did rossi end up where he is because he did not have a choice.
