Best tyre to put on my bike

I have a 52 plate honda cbr600 and need to put on some new tyres. What would be the best set of tyres to put on to give my lots of confidence in all weaters. I have been looking at the Bridgestones BT023 but not sure if they are right for my bike. I never realy ride hard enough to get a lot of temp in the tyres.

Please help as i have no idea what to go for

BT023's or Pilot Road 3's would be perfect for your bike.  I have the 023's on both my bikes and PR3's seem to get nothing but glowing reports.

Non recommended tyres

Can anyone clarify the law regarding tyre sizes , I have a 99 Pan Euro St1100A, various people have recommended Michelin Road Pilot 3 as being superb in the wet including people with Pans . But the rear on Pan is 160/70-ZR17 the Pilot 3 is 160/60-ZR17 which I thought would be ok on a tourer but one tyre specialist told me that could cause issues with insurance using non approved tyre sizes.
