£1765 of free kit with BMW R1200GS

BMW is offering £1765 worth of free kit with every new R1200GS bought before the end of the year. Triumph's Tiger is eviscerating them

They got pretty used to the GS being the top seller in the Fat Accountant "Adventure" "Sports" category. The Tiger 1200 just ripped their guts out, and they don't have anything to offer in response except freebies.

This usually happens when a new model is about to be released/announced to clear out old stock ready for the new model to take its place.

My first trip up the Applecross pass

On a little Chinese branded 125, I passed a truck hauling a GS down it.  I wonder how much its owner was enjoying his "Adventure"? :D

Have you swallowed a thesaurus ? lol , I like your statement about " fat accountants " on their " adventures " does that make you a " plastic fantastic Rossi wanna be with a dark visor and knee sliders that are not needed cos you cant even get your knee down " ????????????? " are you actually going to race that Gixxer thou Sir??? or just stand about fuckin posing ?? " Not stating that you have a gixxer thou, but merely using it as an example 8-) Just playing devils advocate ...cos that argument goes both ways ..

Oh, we're all as bad as each other

I'm currently on a GPZ 500.  When I find something that it can't do competently on UK roads, I might try a change, but I'm pretty sure that it won't be to a quarter ton mid life crisismobile with worse fuel economy than my car.  That's snobbery by itself, I freely admit. ;)
