Panigale noise test.

I have a Panigale and want to go on track days but cant because of how loud it is.

See article in MCN this week saying the noise tests have been done in the wrong place on the Panigale's,
Can i have a bit more information on where and how these tests should be done.
Its a Standard exhaust.
